Deerfield Beach, FL. – Mortgage loan processing powerhouse wemlo® today announced the appointment of Kim Landano as vice president of operations.

Landano brings more than 30 years of mortgage industry experience and deep operational expertise across the full loan lifecycle. In her role, she will lead the company’s operations strategy with a focus on strengthening service levels, accelerating speed to close, and building relationship-driven operating models that support long-term broker success.

Prior to joining wemlo, Landano held senior leadership roles at respected financial institutions including Caliber Home Loans, MetLife, Bank of America, and HSBC. Throughout her career, she has led operations teams through multiple market cycles while balancing efficiency, accountability, and service quality.
